20Twenty Leadership Programme Scholarship

20Twenty Leadership Programme, a unique and successful course for future business leaders, are offering a scholarship to small and medium sized businesses in Wales for the popular 20Twenty Leadership Programme which begins in May 2012.
The 20Twenty Leadership programme was developed by Professor Brian Morgan, at the Creative Leadership and Enterprise, Cardiff School of Management (Cardiff Metropolitan University).
It is a ten month programme which has been specifically designed for small to medium sized businesses. The programme concentrates on two areas of the business: the business itself and the personal development of the leader or aspiring leaders, providing a framework to increase profitability, diversify and grow the business. It is designed to enhance leadership skills among and is aimed at aspiring leaders, managers, directors and business owners.
To apply, each applicant is invited to write (in no more than 500 words) why they should be chosen for the scholarship, paying particular attention to their leadership development and how it would impact their business growth by 2020.
Professor Brian Morgan – Director of the 20Twenty Leadership Programme said “The scholarship will enable Welsh SMEs to participate in our leading programme gaining a wealth of practical skills and knowledge from a mix of practical workshops and the experience of successful entrepreneurs”.
Applications for the scholarship should be received no later than 3rd April 2012.
A judging panel will assess all applications and the winner will be announced on 1st May 2012.
